PixelEras is operated by Full Stack Technologies, LLC in St. Petersburg, Florida (“we”). This policy covers pixeleras.com and the email addresses we use to work with clients.

What we collect

• Inquiry form. Your name, email address, business name, website and message. We use them only to reply to you and discuss working together.
• Email. Anything you send to hello@pixeleras.com or to a client request address. Update requests from clients are filed in our project tracker so we can do the work.
• Site usage. Anonymous, aggregated page-view statistics (Vercel Web Analytics). They don’t use cookies or identify you.
• Security. Our host checks form submissions for automated abuse and keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type.

Who handles it

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and our email: Vercel (hosting, analytics and bot protection), Resend (sending form submissions to our inbox), Google Workspace (email) and GitHub (tracking client update requests). They process your information on our behalf.

We don’t sell your information. We don’t share it with advertisers or use it for anything other than responding to you and providing our service.

How long we keep it

Inquiries and emails are kept for as long as we need them to talk with you or serve you as a client, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email hello@pixeleras.com. We’ll respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date above.
